Shipping Policy

Your Packages will be sent to your door by courier: we use the services of Hongkong Post and EMS. Upon shipment, you will receive an email message with your order confirmation number and your shipping tracking number. With this tracking number you can track the progress or your purchase at any time, on the shipping company's website. You will also receive from our order tracking officer, a regular email update on the status of your shipment until its receipt.
All of our products are carefully packaged by our shipping department clerks prior to cargo pick up by our shipping agent. Indeed, it is one thing to manufacture perfect imitations, but it is another one to get them delivered to clients in perfect condition!
Delivery time is usually 5 to 7 business days from the time you place your order and providing we received your payment. Please keep in mind that due to cargo rotation, it might take up to 3 days before the online tracking module would show your tracking number.
When placing your order, please make sure you enter the correct shipping address, contact number and email address. We are not responsible for reshipment if you provided us with an incorrect address. We are not responsible for any import tax charged on your package. Though, we are generally willing to find a compensation for our clients, Delivery is guaranteed. In the event that your package is lost or seized we will reship once at our expense.

Once the order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you automatically.

With this tracking number, you can track the progress of your packages from the time your order leaves our warehouse to the time it arrives to your door!

Return Policy

Damaged or Defective Items If once you receive the packages from us is broken or damaged you can return the item by mail for a full refund. Pls send us the picture and reson details of the returned items and send it to sales#kicksell.com
Error-Related Refunds If there is an error on our part related to your order, we will issue a credit for any applicable shipping and charges.
